For the DTFPRO Film for use with the Ricoh Ri1000 / Ri1000x / Ri2000, here is the recommended curing instructions to cure the DTF POWDER to the INK/TRANSFER SHEETS:
330F - heat press hover for 3- 4 minutes. This was tested with a Geo Knight Heat press with the hover option that sets the heating platen close to the film – 3 minutes is enough. If hand hovering it may take a bit longer. Exact time and temp may vary depending on heat press.
And here is the recommended heat press time/temp to apply when pressing the transfer to the shirt:

And here is the recommended heat press time/temp to apply when pressing the transfer to the shirt:
- PRESS: Press the Transfer Film to the Shirt at 280F for 20 seconds
- WAIT: Wait 20+ seconds before peeling
- POST-PRESS: Perform a second press (post-press) for 10 seconds after the transfer film has been peeled (cover the Shirt with Kraft Paper or Parchment Paper)
For even better results on the post-press, use the DTF MagicSeal (this serves to better press the image into the fibers of the shirt and improve washability and longevity, not just with Ricoh but for all DTF prints)
