If you have this error, try the following:
1-Make Sure the Security Key/Dongle you received is inserted while you Run/launch/install it and while using the Software.
2- Try using another Port as sometimes there is an issue with a port not able to read the dongle inserted.
3-If you are using a Windows PC, Please ensure it is not running in S Mode.
4-Uninstall all USB drivers and reinstall them all again. Remove the option on which the USB ports are switched off when running on the laptop’s battery to save power. Do this to all USB ports.
