According to the iColor ProRIP User Manual, the Crop button is only available when you have selected an image in the Layout Manager window. To select an image, you need to click on it once. The selected image will have a blue border around it. If you have multiple images in the layout, you can use the Shift or Ctrl keys to select more than one image. Then, you can click on the Crop button to crop the selected images.
The Duplicate button is also only available when you have selected an image in the Layout Manager window. However, it may disappear if you have resized the window or changed the zoom level. To make it visible again, you can try one of the following methods:
- Resize the window by dragging the edges or corners until you see the Duplicate button.
- Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the window to move horizontally until you see the Duplicate button.
- Change the zoom level by clicking on the magnifying glass icon at the top right corner of the window and selecting a different percentage until you see the Duplicate button.
