Screen printing involves creating a stencil (or screen) and using it to apply layers of ink on the printing surface, making it applicable for bulk orders and designs with few colors. Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, on the other hand, involves printing a design onto a special film and then transferring it to the fabric using heat, allowing for more detailed and colorful images on various fabric types. DTF works for just 1 shirt, or thousands. Screen Printing usually only makes sense when making large qty orders.
