If the INK STIRRING SYSTEM is placed in a slanted position OR placed on its side, ink can leak.
The INK STIRRING SYSTEM must be always placed in an UPRIGHT position. If you are having issues with ink leaking when it is in an upright position, please check the plastics in case there are any cracks which could be caused due to damage in transit.
