Yes, the Prestige A3+ and Prestige A3+ R utilize Epson printheads, therefore this ink is compatible since it is made for use with Epson printheads including Epson 1390 and Epson XP600 printheads.

Check with your printer vendor if the Prestige A3+ DTF printer is based on an Epson engine.
It must be. If this is the case then yes - DTFPRO ink is fully compatible with your printer.
