Our warm peel DTF films (also considered “cold peel”) offer superior flexibility and ease of use compared to traditional cold peel films. While they can be peeled once fully cooled (cold peel), they don’t require it to be cold — you can peel them after just 10–20 seconds, while the film is still warm. This significantly speeds up production and eliminates the waiting time required for standard cold peel films. Additionally, our warm peel films are more forgiving to variations in heat press performance. If your press has minor inconsistencies in pressure or temperature, these films still perform reliably and produce consistent results. This makes them an ideal choice for busy or fast-paced production environments, or for setups where equipment calibration or operator consistency may vary.
In contrast, our hot peel DTF film —(Insta-Peel™) — is designed for immediate peeling right after pressing, streamlining your workflow. Traditionally, hot peel films in the market are known to be more finicky, requiring very precise pressure and temperature to perform consistently. However, our Insta-Peel™ has been engineered and tested to deliver outstanding, reliable results while maintaining the speed advantage of true hot peel performance. In short:- Choose Warm Peel (Warm/Cold Peel) for maximum flexibility and forgiving performance across a range of heat presses.
- Choose Insta-Peel™ (Hot Peel) for the fastest workflow with excellent results when using a consistent, well-calibrated heat press and consistent work-flow.
