Since Dampers are consumable parts, they can replaced under the following conditions:

Damage or malfunction: If the ink damper is cracked, leaking, or not functioning properly.

Routine schedule: It is recommended to replace the ink damper approximately every three months to maintain consistent ink flow and prevent clogging issues.
⚠️ CAUTION
When performing the replacement, please follow these precautions:
- Wear protective gloves: Use nitrile rubber gloves to prevent skin contact with ink.
- Handle carefully: Do not press the sides of the ink damper while removing it, as this may cause leaks or damage.Hold them from the plastic areas to avoid any issues.
- Replace one at a time: If multiple dampers need replacement, remove and install them individually to avoid confusion or accidental misplacement.
- Use separate syringes: Always use a dedicated syringe for each ink color. Do not mix syringes between colors to prevent cross‑contamination.
