Proper alignment is essential for smooth machine operation and consistent print quality.
- Please make sure the film is neither too loose nor too tight.
- Always align the right edge of the film exactly with the White Alignment mark on the printer’s tray. The film must not overlap the white marking line.

Load the film in a way so it unwinds from the top side (printable side) of the roll into the printer.
