When to Replace these parts-
Replace the brackets or adjust the ball bearings in the following situations:
- One or both brackets are damaged.
- Printing issues occur, such as:
- Scratch marks appearing on the processed film
- The processed film failing to reach the xTool OS1 Shaker Oven
- Clattering noises at the joint between the processed film and the oven
In above cases, replacement or adjustment is necessary to restore smooth operation and ensure optimal performance. (See illustration below.)
NOTE -
After Brackets are replaced, Please:
- Ensure the right edge of the film aligns precisely with the White alignment mark on the printer’s tray.
- The film must not overlap the white alignment mark.
- The film edge must stay aligned within 1 mm of the marking line. It should not shift left or right.
