They are designed to be used independently (either MagicSeal spray or MagicSeal sheet) - the clarifier being that the MagicSeal spray needs to be used with a Teflon sheet (not to be confused with the MagicSeal sheet, which works on its own).
That being said, some customers use the MagicSeal spray and MagicSeal sheet on the same shirt, and that gives the very best results, but is not necessary.
