MagicBond ™ is a patent-pending bonding agent designed to enhance adhesion and longevity in HTF transfer applications. It helps inks and films fuse more securely to fabric fibers, improving wash resistance and overall durability - without sacrificing softness or hand-feel. Applied as a pre-transfer spray, MagicBond™ is used before pressing your HTF or heat transfer foil design onto garments. By treating the fabric in advance, it strengthens the bond between the transfer and the shirt, ensuring more dependable, long-lasting results with every press. MagicBond™ is specifically engineered for the HTF (Heat Transfer Foil) process. It may also assist with improved bonding in HTV (heat transfer vinyl) applications, though this use has not yet been fully tested. We are currently receiving positive feedback from vinyl users reporting improved performance, and further testing is underway before formal recommendations are made. It’s important not to confuse MagicBond™ with MagicSeal™: MagicBond™ is a pre-transfer spray, applied before pressing to enhance bonding (Foil and Vinyl transfers). MagicSeal™ is a post-finishing spray, applied after transfer application to push the image deeper into the fabric and increase durability. MagicSeal™ has been thoroughly validated for vinyl applications and is widely used within the vinyl industry.
