MagicSeal® and MagicBond® are both Patent-Pending products that serve two different purposes in the transfer process. One improves adhesion, while the other improves the finished feel and durability.
🧴 MagicBond®
Primary Purpose: Improve FOIL or VINYL adhesion
When Applied: BEFORE pressing the transfer (Pre-Press)
MagicBond® is primarily designed for HTF (Heat Transfer Foil) and HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) processes. Foil and vinyl typically have a harder time bonding to garments than standard DTF adhesive.
- Required for HTF applications
- Strongly recommended for HTV when extra adhesion strength is needed
It works by enhancing the bond between garment fibers and the adhesive/transfer layer.
How to Apply (Pre-Transfer):

- Low-temperature pressing environments

🧴 MagicSeal®
Primary Purpose: Improve HAND FEEL, BREATHABILITY & WASHABILITY
When Applied: AFTER the transfer has been pressed (Post-Press)
MagicSeal® is a post-press finishing product. Once the transfer has already been applied to the garment, MagicSeal® is lightly misted over the finished design and the garment is pressed a second time. This improves the quality (softer hand feel) and performance (better breathability and washability) of the finished transfer.
