When used properly, MAGICLINE HTF™(Heat Transfer Foil) offers strong, real-world wash durabilit- typically in the range of 20-50 washes, which is comparable to many vinyl (HTV) applications.
This level of durability is achieved when:
- Applied with MagicBond™ solution for proper adhesion
- Finished with a post-press using MagicSeal™ to lock in the design
- Pressed using correct time, temperature, and pressure and rolling technique
For best results and longevity:
- Wash inside out
- Use cold water
- Choose gentle cycle
- Avoid harsh detergents and bleach
- Air dry or tumble dry low
- Do not iron directly on the design
When these steps are followed, HTF maintains its metallic finish, flexibility, and adhesion far better than traditional foil methods.
