The original MagicSeal Sheet is softer, more pliable, and conforms easily to the garment and transfer. Because of its flexible, primarily silicone-based construction, it is also more temperature-sensitive and should not be pressed above 275°F. Higher temperatures may cause the sheet to wrinkle, distort, or wear prematurely.
The MagicSeal PRO Sheet is a sturdier, fiberglass-reinforced composite featuring MagicSeal Pro™ stabilization technology and a proprietary silicone finishing surface. It offers greater dimensional stability, is less sensitive to heat, and can be used at temperatures up to 350°F without denaturing or losing its shape. Its reinforced construction also provides a significantly longer service life, making it better suited for repeated use in higher-temperature production environments.
