Based on a web search , the e Prestige R2 uses different printheads depending on which model you have. Here are the relevant ones:
The basic Prestige R2 uses Epson F1080 × 2 printheads.
The Prestige R2 Pro uses Epson i1600 × 2 printheads.
If you have the basic (which uses the Epson F1080), then yes these printheads would work as they are the Epson F1080 (aka XP600)
